Mayo Clinic Platform_Accelerate is a 30-week accelerator designed to fast-track early-stage health-tech AI startups toward clinical deployment by providing access to de-identified Mayo Clinic data sets, tailored mentorship from a Mayo Clinic expert, and education in relevant topics such as regulatory approval, clinical workflow integration, technology management, and the health technology ecosystem.

Cappsule is a healthtech company pioneering ambient monitoring solutions for proactive, privacy-conscious care. Its flagship product, Cappsule HQ, uses advanced sensor fusion and AI to passively track things like vital signs, detect falls, monitor behavior patterns and assess environmental risks—without the need for wearables or cameras. Designed to support aging in place and remote patient monitoring, Cappsule empowers caregivers and loved ones with real-time insights while maintaining user dignity and independence. The system is already gaining traction across aged care, disability support, and health systems, and is in the final stages of product development and FDA submission.

CerebraAI is developing an all-in-one AI solution for non-contrast CT (NCCT) to unlock diagnostic capabilities, once reserved for advanced imaging like MRI or contrast-enhanced CT. By turning widely available NCCT modality into powerful diagnostic tools, CerebraAI aims to enable more patients to access timely, life-saving treatments. Our work is powered by close collaboration between AI engineers and physicians, backed by partnerships with leading U.S. hospitals, supported by Stanford and Berkeley, and accelerated by Google Cloud’s AI First program. Recognized by BioNJ and Mass Challenge, Curio partners with employers, providers, and health plans to deliver evidence-based care, while its robust patent portfolio underscores a data-first approach to digital health.

Darroch Medical Solutions is an emerging healthtech company focused on creating the first AI-powered remote patient monitoring platform. It’s flagship product, the Beat Analytics System, leverages high frequency, disparate medical device data in order to identify patients who may be at risk of patient deterioration and alerts healthcare providers using a mobile application, Lumori. Since its inception, the company has launched its first-generation platform, is actively engaging in pilot studies, and has raised $2.7M dollars to date. It was founded by three engineers in 2018 and is flanked by an active board of advisors and directors.

Its AI analyzes both DICOM images and text reports in parallel, enabling efficient information sharing and prioritization of urgent cases. Developed in collaboration with leading institutions and supported by international clinical trials, MyelinZ brings brain health monitoring and neurorehabilitation out of the clinic and into everyday life—available anytime, anywhere. Beyond terrestrial applications, the company is also working with leading space partners to take its BCI technology beyond Earth—advancing cognitive monitoring, neurorehabilitation, and brain health research for astronauts.

NeoTila is a clinical-stage startup revolutionizing personalized cancer care that's AI-empowered patient-specific data with developing risk prediction and surveillance algorithms of cancers such as liver cancer and other cancers associated with fatty liver, and then developing precision cellular immunotherapies against inflammation and cancer respectively. In collaboration with institutions like the National Cancer Centre Singapore, they are developing next-generation cell therapies such as precision cancer vaccine and next generation armored multi-targeting CAR-T cells to combat inflammation, prevent relapse in liver cancer, and also to treat advanced liver cancer. The Patient Application harnesses an AI-powered capability to curate personal health information, analyze individual health data, identify early risk factors, and deliver personalized insights for disease surveillance, enabling early prevention and intervention to reduce cancer incidence and improve cure rates.
Puzzle-AI
Puzzle-AI is a healthcare startup founded in 2018. The company identified two of the most pressing challenges in the healthcare field: the high cost of ophthalmic diagnostic tests and the documentation burden faced by healthcare professionals. To address these issues, they developed AI solutions capable of generating high-quality diagnostic images—such as RNFL OCT and Visual Field Test images—from low-cost fundoscopy images. In addition, the company has commercialized a hands-free documentation solution that allows medical professionals to input and summarize clinical notes using mobile phones. Puzzle-AI is planning to expand globally by establishing Puzzle-AI North America in early 2025.

SeniorLife.AI develops & markets AI agents that assess fall risk and early signs of Alzheimer’s by analyzing vision and health data. Its Mobility Health Agent tracks movement over time and recommends personalized interventions, while the Cognitive Health Agent delivers a five-minute iPad gaze test for early Alzheimer’s (aMCI) screening. Both tools work at home or in clinics, require no special equipment or training, and integrate directly into EMR systems. A Mayo Clinic-data-trained Fall Risk Profiler is planned for Q3 2025. The Company’s vision AI models are trained on 40,000+ real videos of senior mobility, enabling accurate, clinically actionable insights.
